Description:

Siamo Bedford are working with a highly innovative client based in Cranfield, Bedfordshire.  

We are recruiting for a Travel Administrator – 12 month rolling contact.  

Hours: 25 per week. 12pm –to 5pm Monday to Friday. Min 3 days in the office   

Pay Rates: £15.29 

The ideal Person for this role will have:  

Strong skills in attention to detail to ensure trips are booked correctly 

Good interpersonal skills 

Microsoft office skills  

Be comfortable working to tight deadlines 

Worked on a travel desk before or with a travel booking system previously (preferred) 

The day-to-day role:  

To arrange the booking of all travel for all levels of staff on the Cranfield site. 

To understand travel requirements and make travel arrangements to support the preparation of data related to travel such as spend, lead time for bookings, destinations etc. 

Continuously look for improvements to the service provided  

Seek cost reduction opportunities in both the provision of the service and to the travel costs.
