Accounts Payable Clerk - Part Time - Construction

£25,000 full time (part time pro rata 25 hours per week required)

London – Farringdon

My client is a family run, friendly, construction company who is currently looking for a new and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk.

This is a permanent, office-based opportunity working 25 hours a week Monday to Friday.

Duties and responsibilities

* Process invoices, for all 3 companies in the group.

* Reconciling all supplier statements monthly

* All cash book payments

* Maintaining supplier payments

* Maintaining suppliant price lists

* All property related payables including utilities.

* Monitoring all DD’s and SO’s at bank

* Coding, entering and reconciling company credit cards.

* Monthly reconciliation of creditors

Person Specification

* Proven Purchase Ledger experience.

* Self-management with strong analytical skills.

* Great interpersonal and communications skills.

* Good team working skills.

* The ability to work to strict weekly and monthly deadlines.

* Strong Excel and IT skills.

* Sage experience preferred
