As a Part Time Accounts Payable Assistant you will be supporting the accounts manager with aspects of the purchase ledger as well as resolving queries and general admin tasks. The Company we're recruiting for is a small business with a benefits package including 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme, Parking on-site, free eye test, social events (summer/xmas parties)
Job Title: Part Time Accounts Payable 25hrs a week
Location: Watford
Salary: £25,350 - £29,250 FTE (actual salary based on part time hours £16,900 - £19,500)
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm or 10am - 3pm (25 hours a week)
You will be responsible for:
Staff expenses/travel
Processing supplier invoices
BACS payment runs fortnightly
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Manage all queries, administration of on-boarding new suppliers on database This great company would like to recruit a candidate with the following:
Must have some Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger experience
Have used Sage Line 50
