Role: Part Time Accounts Assistant
Hours: 20-25 hours across 5 days
Hourly Rate: £14.36 - £17.95
Location: Alton, Hants
Our client, a leading independent Accountancy Practice, is seeking to appoint a part time Accounts Assistant to its Business Services Team.
Duties for the Accounts Assistant:
* provide bookkeeping services
* pay bills
* complete tax computations
* complete VAT returns
* prepare management accounts
* prepare year end Financial accounts
* ensure all Statutory returns are completed on time
* undertake ad-hoc projects as requested by the Partners
Experience for the Part Time Accounts Assistant:
* well organised
* AAT qualified/ part qualified
* eye for detail
* methodical
* IT literate including such packages as Xero, Sage, Quickbooks and Excel
* ideally experience of working within an Accountancy Firm
