Description
Purchase ledger entry of invoices from post and emails
Freelance invoice posting & paying
Dealing with enquiries by email and phone regarding ledger accounts and payments
Scanning of invoices prior to entry
Reconciliation of statements to accounting records
Support production of sales invoices
Supporting Company credit card processing
Supporting bank reconciliations
Weekly PaymentsProfile
A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
