Description:
We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant (Part Time) for a reputable organisation based in Birmingham on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for:
* Credit control duties including liaising with customers to retrieve money owed
* Producing accurate creditor reports
* Inputting purchase invoices and expenses into the accounts software
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Preparing weekly payment runs
* Other duties as may be required to assist the day to day running of the finance department
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience of the above duties
* Possess strong IT and finance system skills as well as good MS Excel skills
* Have a positive attitude with the ability to juggle a number of tasks while staying calm under pressure
* Be eager to learn, but also possess a great amount of knowledge in finance and experience of working within a busy office environment
