Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 5 years of experience and strong proficiency in Revit to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will work closely with architects and designers to produce high-quality design documentation and contribute to the delivery of projects from concept to construction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced Revit skills, possess a keen eye for detail, and exhibit a deep understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques.

Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced Revit skills to develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documents in collaboration with project teams.

Translate conceptual designs and sketches into accurate 3D models and technical drawings, ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate building systems and resolve technical challenges during the design and construction phases.

Conduct site visits and surveys to gather essential information for project documentation and coordination.

Assist in the preparation of presentations, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively.

Stay abreast of industry trends, software updates, and best practices in architectural technology, contributing to the continuous improvement of workflows and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a focus on using Revit for architectural design and documentation.

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including complex modeling, parametric families, and project collaboration within a BIM environment.

Strong understanding of construction methods, building materials, and building codes.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience with other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
