Part II Architectural Assistant available in Battersea, London! This role will see you joining a collaborative studio that will allow you to be involved in all RIBA stages on residential projects in London. This a perfect opportunity to get exposure and mentorship for Part III!

Our client is a London-based architectural firm providing full architectural services from RIBA stages 0 to 7 and specialises in bespoke design and development of high-end residential projects.

Due to growth, they are now looking to appoint a Part II Architectural Assistant who is driven and wants to develop. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to achieve their Part III.

Role & Responsibilities

To work on private/high-end residential projects across all RIBA stages (0 - 7) in London
The practice has several ongoing projects and a couple of new exciting projects that you would immediately be involved in; these residential projects are at RIBA stage 4 and will provide plenty of on-site time and would be great projects for Part III
Prepare and develop drawings, models and images, and other documents related to design
Report to the directors on the progress of projects.Required Skills & Experience

Relevant architectural degree, with a minimum of 1 year's professional working experience in a UK practice
Proven experience working on residential projects in London, ideally private/bespoke/listed properties
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp is preferred
Great organisation skills with the capacity to prioritise workloads
Strong flair for design and to be technically minded with a good eye for bespoke detailing
Not essential, but candidates with interiors and high-end basement experience are a bonus
Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.What you get back

£28,000 - £32,000
Office hours are 9am to 6pm
21 days per year exclusive of bank holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year
Discretionary performance-based bonus
