Conrad Consulting are presenting an excellent opportunity for a RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a highly reputable Architectural practice in Surrey, working on exciting projects within the High End residential sector.

As an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant you will possess a demonstrated experience working on a range of project types within the high end residential sector, be passionate towards design, be motivated, career driven and be able to work within a talented team.

If you have UK based work experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant and are working towards your Part 3 that has working knowledge of projects from stages 3 onwards, excellent technical knowledge and also possess a sound knowledge of current building regs and legislation this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

At minimum the successful Architectural Assistant candidate needs to possess -

RIBA Part 2 Qualification and Working towards Part 3
Demonstrable UK experience within the High end Residential sectors
Strong design skills
Excellent technical knowledge
Experience delivering projects from RIBA stages 3 onwards.
Proficient with Revit and other industry software
Sound knowledge of UK Planning Process, BREEAM and UK Building Regulations
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.On offer for the successful Architectural Assistant candidate -
