Interim Parks & Green Spaces Service Manager
London Based
£425 - £450 a day inside IR35
2 days in office per week
Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client based in London to facilitate the appointment of an experienced Interim Parks & Green Spaces Service Manager.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Deliver several service-critical projects.
Implement a full appraisal of the service, proactively address shortfalls, and streamline systems and processes.
Leading and managing a department of 100+ personnel.
Recruitment, procurement, budget management, re-negotiation of service level agreements.
Health and safety upgrades,
Depot infrastructure improvements, service plan delivery.
Building relationships with unions and external departments
Improving the culture and ethos of the service.Next Steps
This role is an initial 6-month contract with likely extension and offering up to £425-£450 Inside IR35 (Dependent on experience). You will be required to be in the office 2 days per week, with the reminder remote.
