Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of three direct reports, providing guidance and support
Oversee the development and implementation of parking policies and strategies
Manage processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Resolve any parking-related issues and provide effective solutions
Contribute to the improvement of parking processes and procedures
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective parking services
Provide expert advice on parking regulations, policies, and procedures
Monitor and analyse parking data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Job Requirements:
Significant experience in parking management
Demonstrated understanding of parking policies and regulations
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work strategically and develop innovative solutions
Experience in policy development and implementation
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
