Paraplanner – Progression into Financial Advice

Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days office-based, Tuesday & Wednesday

Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for a role that could eventually lead into Financial Advice?
I’m working with an established Wealth Management business in central Birmingham that is looking to hire a Paraplanner based on their experience, qualifications and long-term potential, rather than simply a fixed job description.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys Paraplanning but has their sights set on becoming a Financial Adviser in the future.
The Role You’ll work closely with experienced Financial Planners, supporting the advice process while developing your knowledge and experience.
There will also be opportunities to shadow Advisers and attend client meetings, giving you genuine exposure to the advice side of the business.
The role is hybrid, with Tuesday and Wednesday in the Birmingham office, with some flexibility required when meetings or shadowing opportunities take place.
What We're Looking For
Experienced Paraplanning background
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
Relevant financial services qualifications
Ambition to progress towards a Financial Adviser role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
