An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paraplanner to join a reputable financial services firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to the financial advisory team.

Description

As Paraplanner you will be responsible for:

Support the financial advisory team in the preparation and administration of financial plans and reports, offering a strong technical knowledge and assistance for clients
Preparing suitability letters
Preparing presentation packs for clients, ensuring all paperwork is compliant
Perform research to identify suitable financial solutions and areas for planning for clients
Providing technical support to advisers, client service team and other teams as and when required
Ensure all client information is recorded accurately and kept confidential.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, industry changes and legislation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Assist in the implementation of agreed financial plans.
Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service.Profile

A successful Paraplanner should have:

Proven experience in a paraplanning role with strong report writing skills and research experience
Part/qualified diploma level 4
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Proactive and detailed approach
Strong report writing skills
Knowledge of Intelligent Office, FE Analytics, Selectapension, Cash Calc systemsJob Offer
