We are seeking a highly motivated Paraplanner to join a growing Client Services team. You will play a vital role in ensuring my clients' Financial Advisers deliver the highest quality client advice.

The role:

Prepare comprehensive Suitability Reports to support client consultations.
Conduct thorough Comparative Research to identify the most suitable financial products (savings, investments, pensions) for clients.
Analyse client information and understand their financial goals to make informed recommendations.
Work closely with Financial Advisers to gather information and prepare client suitability checks.
Respond efficiently to client queries while maintaining excellent service standards.
Prepare data-driven Annual Reviews to keep clients informed about their financial health.
Facilitate the implementation of agreed client recommendations.
Maintain detailed client files to ensure ongoing compliance and provide historical context.
Occasionally attend client meetings with Financial Advisers.Person specification:

Hold a Certificate in Paraplanning or equivalent qualification.
Have previous experience in a paraplanning role.
Possess excellent analytical skills to dissect financial records and provide insightful commentary.
Demonstrate strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communicate clearly and concisely with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful demeanour when interacting with clients.
Proficient in using a variety of computer software programs.
Have a deep understanding of the financial services industry and products like investments and pensions.
Able to write detailed technical reports to assist Financial Advisers.
Self-motivated and disciplined with a commitment to continuous learning.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch) or 9am - 5pm (45 minutes for lunch).

Due to the clients location, having your own transport would be beneficial.
