Litigation Paralegal

Bromsgrove, Worcestershire | £27,000 | Hybrid | Permanent

A modern and growing law firm in Worcestershire is looking to recruit two Litigation Paralegals to join its specialist disputes team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has gained some experience within litigation or disputes and is now looking to develop their skills within a supportive firm offering genuine long-term career progression.

The firm works across a broad range of financial and commercial disputes, giving you the opportunity to gain exposure to different types of litigation rather than being restricted to one area of work.

The role

You will support the wider team across a varied caseload, with exposure to areas including:

Commercial litigation
Financial and banking disputes
Employment disputes
Debt recovery
Business and commercial claims
Contractual disputes
General dispute resolutionYou will work alongside experienced lawyers and have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and take on more responsibility as you progress.

About the opportunity

About you

You may be:

A current Paralegal with some litigation or disputes experience
A recent law graduate who has gained relevant legal experience
An LPC or SQE candidate looking to build their experience
Someone with experience in civil litigation, debt recovery, commercial disputes or another related area
At an early stage of your legal career and looking for a firm where you can developYou do not need to have experience across all of the areas above. Some exposure to litigation or dispute resolution and the right attitude to learning and development are the key requirements.
