The Role
As a Panel Beater, you'll play a key role in restoring damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards, ensuring high-quality repairs are completed efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities include:
·Carrying out panel repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
·Removing and replacing damaged body panels and components
·Repairing dents, creases, and structural damage using appropriate techniques
·Aligning and fitting replacement panels to manufacturer specifications
·Working closely with Paint Technicians and other workshop colleagues
·Ensuring all repairs meet quality and safety standards
·Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
·Completing work within agreed time-scales while maintaining excellent workmanship

About You
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, Body Repair Technician or Vehicle Body Repairer
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development  
·Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair methods and techniques
·Experience working within a busy accident repair centre or Bodyshop environment
·Ability to carry out both cosmetic and structural repairs
·Skilled in using Bodyshop equipment and repair tools
·Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
·Able to work independently and as part of a team
·Full UK Driving Licence preferred
