We are representing a reputable employer in the Falkirk area currently seeking an experienced Panel Beater. This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified Panel Beater to join a well-established accident and repair centre. The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary, uncapped earning potential, and a supportive working environment.

Salary up to £53,040 per annum (based on £24.00 per hour)
Uncapped achievable earnings close to £60,000
Working week of 42.5 to 45 hours with overtime opportunities

Carry out panel straightening, bumper and door repairs using appropriate techniques
Strip and refit panels, bumpers, and doors as needed
Complete job cards and accurate paperwork in line with company standards
Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
Use specialised tools and equipment for repairs
Collaborate effectively within a team environment
Maintain high standards of finish and quality in all repairsRequirements:

Fully qualified Level 3 Panel Beater
ATA accreditation is highly desirable
Proven experience working in an accident and repair centre
Skilled in using various techniques to achieve high-quality finishes
Ability to operate independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Own set of necessary tools for Panel Beater work
