Panel Beater Required for a Bodyshop in Bradford, West Yorkshire
£38,500 OTE plus fantastic benefits
40 hr week (Flexible working options)
Our client, a fantastic Main Dealer Bodyshop is looking for a Panel Beater to join their busy team!
As a Panel Technician working from the Accident Repair Centre in Bradford, you will be responsible for ensuring that all damaged vehicle bodywork is repaired professionally and in a timely manner to the customer’s satisfaction using the correct equipment. Being ATA qualified would be advantageous however they will consider time served.
Job duties:
* Undertake repair activities on customer vehicles to the highest standard within the scheduled times, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and minimising return to workshop.
* Carry out all repairs according to best practice procedures and with appropriate equipment, using factory times.
* The attendance and commitment to Training to ensure that all accreditations are met.
* Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with Company, Brand and industry guidelines.
* Accurately and skilfully undertake the paint refinish and repair of motor vehicles.
* Ensuring that all repair work is completed to the highest standard and within factory timescales.
* Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with Company, Brand and industry guidelines.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a qualified Panel Beater and or MET Technician with proven experience of panel and body repair of motor vehicles to a high standard.
* No previous Manufacturer Qualifications are necessary.
* A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
* An enthusiastic and optimistic manner, taking responsibility for your actions and decisions.
* An organised and methodical approach to problem solving.
* Clear communicator when advising customers on technical issues.
* A driving license free from excessive penalties is essential.
