Panel Beater / Panel Technician
Coalville, Leicestershire
Up to £39,000 + bonus + seriously good benefits
I’m working with a huge automotive business who are continuing to grow their brand-new, state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville and they’re now looking for an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician to join the team permanently.
This is not one of those workshops where you’re stood around waiting for work to come in. This is a busy, high-volume environment with a constant flow of vehicles, modern equipment, and proper investment into the site and people.
If you enjoy getting stuck into repairs, take pride in quality, and like working with decent kit instead of fighting against outdated tools and processes, this could be a really solid move.
The role
You’ll be responsible for:
Repairing damaged panels to a high standard
Panel prep and priming ready for paint
Dent removal and panel straightening
Using modern repair techniques and equipment
Delivering right-first-time repairsThis is all about quality and consistency. They want people who genuinely care about the finish and take pride in sending vehicles back out looking right.
What they’re looking for
You’ll need:
Panel repair / accident repair experience
Panel prep and priming experience
A full UK manual driving licenceBonus points if you’ve used dent pulling equipment, but it’s not essential.
Most importantly, they want someone who enjoys working in a team, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in doing the job properly.
Hours
45 hours per week
9-hour shifts between 06:30 – 18:00
