Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading accident repair group in Leicester for the position of Panel Beater. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced Panel Beaters to join a modern, state-of-the-art bodyshop offering excellent earning potential, comprehensive training, and long-term career progression.

Job security within a reputable and expanding repair groupDuties of a Panel Beater:
Conducting high-quality panel repairs and replacements
Assessing vehicle damage and determining effective repair methods
Removing, repairing, and refitting body panels and components
Completing repairs efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
Maintaining accurate records of repairs carried out
Ensuring the work environment remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
Working closely with team members to deliver excellent customer service and repair qualityRequirements:
Previous experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician in a bodyshop setting
Strong knowledge of panel repair techniques
Attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship
Full UK Driving Licence
ATA, NVQ, IMI, or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not essential
