THE ROLE
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for repairing accident-damaged vehicles to a high standard, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer repair methods.

Key responsibilities include:
·Assessing damaged vehicle panels and determining the appropriate repair or replacement method.
·Repairing and replacing body panels and structural components as required.
·Carrying out straightening, alignment, and structural repairs using appropriate equipment.
·Restoring vehicles to manufacturer specifications while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
·Working closely with MET Technicians, Paint Technicians, and other workshop colleagues to maintain an efficient repair process.
·Managing allocated repairs effectively to meet agreed productivity and quality standards.
·Carrying out quality checks to ensure completed repairs meet the required standard.
·Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

ABOUT YOU
This opportunity would suit an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Vehicle Body Repair Technician / Body Repair Technician who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs.

You'll ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician within an accident repair centre or Bodyshop.  
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
·Proven experience
·Strong knowledge of modern vehicle body repair methods and techniques.
·Experience repairing and replacing damaged body and structural components.
·Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
·The ability to work efficiently while maintaining consistently high repair standards.
·Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
·A full UK driving licence.
