Ongoing training and development opportunitiesDuties:

Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle body panels and structural components in line with manufacturer specifications
Conducting chassis and framework repairs using modern techniques and equipment
Utilizing welding equipment, jigs, and specialist repair tools safely and effectively
Ensuring all repairs meet high-quality standards and are completed within specified deadlines
Maintaining workshop cleanliness and ensuring equipment upkeep as a Panel Beater
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve repair targets
Adhering to all health & safety protocols, COSHH, and company proceduresRequirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in vehicle body panel repair and replacement
Strong knowledge of welding, jigging, and structural repair techniques
Familiarity with modern repair methods, including aluminium, high-strength steel, and structural repairs (desirable)
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship
Good understanding of manufacturer repair procedures and technical bulletins
Full UK work authorisation
