We are recruiting an experienced Panel Beater to join our busy accident repair centre in Preston. This is an excellent Panel Beater opportunity to develop your career within a well-established bodyshop committed to high-quality repairs, professional development and outstanding customer service.

39-hour working week, Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday 08:30 to 16:00Duties:
As a Panel Beater, you will carry out high-quality accident repair work on a variety of makes and models.
Repair and maintain vehicles in line with manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
Diagnose repair requirements and identify any additional work needed.
Liaise effectively with the parts and estimating teams.
Complete quality control checks to ensure all repairs meet the required standards.
Work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Communicate professionally with colleagues to support an efficient repair process.
Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately and within agreed timescales.Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Panel Beater within a busy bodyshop or accident repair environment.
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
ATA qualification would be beneficial.
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and bodyshop procedures.
The successful Panel Beater will be confident identifying additional repair requirements.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and a professional approach.
