Description:
We are recruiting an experienced Vehicle Panel Beater to join our busy automotive accident repair centre in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading automotive accident repair networks.

42.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility around start and finish times.Duties:
The Vehicle Panel Beater will assess vehicle damage and identify suitable repair methods.
Repair and replace damaged body panels, doors and bumpers.
Complete chassis and structural repairs where required.
Carry out metal finishing, filler work, welding, bonding and riveting.
Check completed repairs and report additional damage or required work.
Support the efficient movement of vehicles through the workshop.
Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment in line with health and safety procedures.
Carry out authorised road tests when required.
Use workshop tablets to view job information and record repair progress.Requirements:
The successful Vehicle Panel Beater will ideally hold IMI or NVQ Level 3 qualifications, or an equivalent accreditation.
Strong time-served experience will be considered in place of formal qualifications.
ATA accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential.
A full UK driving licence with minimal points is required.
You must demonstrate high-quality workmanship and the ability to work effectively in a busy bodyshop.
A committed, reliable and motivated approach, with the ability to work towards team targets.
