We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Panel Beater role at a reputable Accident Repair Centre in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and experienced Panel Beaters seeking a long-term position within a modern, high-volume workshop. Benefits for the successful Panel Beater:
Basic salary of £45,800 with an OTE exceeding £50,000 through uncapped bonuses

Repair and replace vehicle body panels to a high standard
Remove dents, damage, and structural issues employing appropriate methods
Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and insurer standards
Work efficiently to achieve repair targets and deadlines
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Conduct quality checks prior to vehicle handover
Collaborate with Paint and MET Technicians to ensure smooth workflowRequirements of the Panel Beater:
Proven experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, or Body Repairer
Qualified to NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds Level 3, or equivalent
Strong understanding of modern repair techniques and vehicle structures
Ability to work efficiently within a high-volume environment
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
