We are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join a leading Accident Repair Centre in the Leicester area.
Offering up to £23 per hour plus bonus, with realistic earning potential of £50,000+, this is an excellent opportunity to join an established repair operation with a consistent Monday-to-Friday working week and flexible start and finish times.

Opportunity to join a leading Accident Repair Centre
The Role – Panel Beater
As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality structural and cosmetic vehicle repairs, ensuring vehicles are repaired safely and efficiently to the required manufacturer and industry standards.
Your duties will include:
Operating body alignment jigs and equipment.
Panel straightening, reshaping and filling.
Removing and replacing damaged panels.
Carrying out welding and bonding of vehicle structures.
Removing and replacing complete body shells where required.
Identifying additional parts and maintaining an accurate record of parts required.
Ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
What we're looking for
To be considered for this Panel Beater position, you will ideally have:
Previous experience working as a Panel Beater within an Accident Repair Centre or Bodyshop.
Be time-served and/or qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ level.
Experience with structural repairs, panel replacement, welding and vehicle alignment.
ATA accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential.
A strong eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality repairs.
The ability to work efficiently, independently and as part of an experienced team.
