Great opportunity to work as a Pallet Repair Operative for our busy client, the UK market leader in pallet inspection and repairs.
Staffline is recruiting Pallet Repair Operatives in Birmingham.
The rate of pay is:
- 06:00 to 14:00 / 14:00 to 22:00 - £17.05 per hour
- 22:00 to 06:00, Monday to Friday - £18.89 per hour
This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, Monday to Friday, or a fixed night shift and the hours of work are:
- Rotating 06:00am to 14:00pm + 14:00pm to 22:00pm
- Nights 22:00pm to 06:00am
Applicants must be able to do rotating shifts or night shifts.
Your Time at Work
As a Pallet Repairer, you will be building, maintaining and repairing pallets. This job consists of:
- General repairing of wooden pallets
- Identifying parts that need replacing or fixing together
- Lifting pieces of wood and using hand tools i.e., hammer, screwdriver, etc to fix new wooden slats to the pallet.
Working in this area, you will need to be aware of Noise Levels, Dangers from hand tools and dangers from falling stacks, and splinters, etc.

Experience in a similar role is required.
