The Role
We are looking for an experienced Painting Site Manager to oversee painting and decorating projects across Gateshead, Middlesbrough, and the surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, requiring travel between multiple sites, with a company van and fuel card provided.
Requirements
* Previous painting and decorating experience or strong industry knowledge
* Valid SMSTS certificate
* Valid CSCS card
* First Aid certification
* Manual Handling certificate
* Asbestos Awareness certificate
* Working at Height certification
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple sites while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
