Job Title: PainterLocation: Stafford
Contract: minimum 6 weeks work, starting ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £22 per hour CIS
Perks: Mileage to site paid, overtime available

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking a Painter to join our client’s maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied and void domestic properties, upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a variety of painting repairs in domestic settings

Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties

Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Painting / time served

Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
