Job Description
We are looking for experienced Decorators to join our team working on kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector across Nottingham and the surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for self-employed tradespeople looking for consistent, long-term work with strong earning potential. You’ll be part of a well-organised programme, delivering quality work in occupied properties while making a real difference to residents’ homes.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Carrying out painting and decorating works within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
* Completing retouches and fillings following plastering works
* Applying first and second coats to achieve a high‑quality finish
* Painting ceilings, walls, and wooden boxing covering pipes and wiring
* Protecting furniture and surrounding areas at all times, as properties are fully furnished
* Working efficiently to complete at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day
* Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment in occupied properties
Qualifications
* CSCS card
* Experience in domestic/similar work
* Basic H&S certifications (especially asbestos awareness)
Additional information
In addition to the above qualifications, we are looking for:
* Right to work in the UK
* Own tools (110v or battery-operated)
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred)
* Good conversational English
* Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
