Painter & Decorator

Painter & Decorator is required by a leading hard service FM maintenance contractor specialising in Air Conditioning, Commercial Heating and building services within healthcare facilities.
Due expansion of the contract they are currently looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to further strengthen their existing team.

As the Successful Pa\inter & Decorator, you will be
Painter & Decorator, you will be a commutable distance of Euston Square
Painter & Decorator, you will be completing painting and decorating services with student accommodation and communal areas
Painter & Decorator, you will be carrying out surveys of required works, including time scales and material list
Painter & Decorator, you will be assisting on site engineers
Painter & Decorator, you will be completing Carpentry work, i.e floor matching, hanging doorsTo be successful as the Painter & Decorator
Painter & Decorator must have proven experience within Commercial buildings
Painter & Decorator to have Painting and decorating qualification and IPAF would be advantageous
Painter & Decorator must be a commutable distance of Euston Square
Painter & Decorator will benefit from a basic salary up to £35k pa, 20 days holiday + BH, this increases with each year of service
Painter & Decorator must be able to pass an enhanced DBS checkPainter & Decorator - Up to £35k basic dependent on experience + package + pension
