Description:

R9 Recruitnment are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to work on void properties in the Salford area. This role involves preparing and decorating vacant social housing properties to a high standard, ensuring they are ready for new tenants.

Location: Salford
Pay- Potential weekly earnings £790- £900

VAN AND FUEL CARD ARE PROVIDED

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have:

* City & Guilds Painting & Decorating qualification

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating or valid CSCS card

* Basic DBS check

* Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally within voids or social housing

Duties

* Preparing surfaces (filling, sanding, priming)

* Internal and external painting & decorating

* Working efficiently to deadlines in void properties

* Ensuring high-quality finishes in line with standards
