Duties of the Painter and Decorator:
* Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied and void properties.
* Painting and decorating works.
* Painting doors and windows.
Experience of the Painter and Decorator:
* Must have social housing/council experience.
* A full UK driving license.
* Must have own vehicle.
* Must have DBS Check.
