Pay Rate: £20.70 per hour
We have an exciting opportunity for a Painter and Decorator to join a leading main contractor, renowned for delivering exceptional services and partnering with some of the largest social housing providers throughout Reading, Slough, Oxford, High Wycombe, Luton, and Bedfordshire.
Responsibilities:
Completing a range of external and internal mould treatments, painting and minor plastering repairs in occupied properties whilst achieving a durable quality finish.
Preparing surfaces for painting and decorating, such as filling cracks, sanding, scraping, etc.
Applying various types of paint, wallpaper, and other finishes, using brushes, rollers, sprayers, etc.
Using an electronic hand held device to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.
Liaising with residents, contractors, and other staff, and providing excellent customer service at all times.Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Blue CSCS Card or Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Painting & Decorating (desirable)
Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP
Basic DBS CheckBenefits:
