Painter
£22 per hour

Gap Construction are currently recruiting for experienced Painters to work on a number of projects across Cambridgeshire.
Performance Objectives
Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and removing old paint.
Fill holes, cracks, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers.
Mix and match paint, stain, and other finishes to job specifications.
Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
Ensure high-quality finishes on both interior and exterior surfaces.
Clean up and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Person Specification
Blue CSCS card.
NVQ Level 2 or 3.
Must have full PPE.
Proven experience as a painter or similar role.
Knowledge of painting techniques and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to perform manual tasks.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
