Painters Wanted – Housing Repairs & Maintenance

We’re currently looking for experienced Painters to join a busy housing repairs and maintenance team.

⏰ 37 hours per week
???? Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–4:30pm
???? Friday: 8:00am–1:30pm
???? Company Van & Fuel Card provided

The role will involve working across domestic properties carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive painting and decorating works, including:

• Internal & external painting
• Preparation of walls, ceilings and woodwork
• Emulsion and gloss work
• Filling, sanding and making good
• Repairs and remedial works
• Working across occupied and void properties
• Insurance-related repair works

We’re looking for experienced painters/decorators who can work independently, deal professionally with tenants and customers, and complete work to a high standard.
