Key Requirements
* Proven experience painting and decorating residential blocks of flats, including walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
* High standard of finish with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
* Good knowledge of health and safety practices.
* Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Requirements
* Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card.
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Painting & Decorating.
* Proven experience painting walls, ceilings, and woodwork in residential blocks of flats.
* Own tools and PPE.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.#
