Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator for a refurbishment project at a Grade II listed building in Castle Donington.
The successful Painter will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating work, with particular attention to detail to ensure a professional finish in keeping with the character of the building.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Painting bathrooms, bedrooms and windows using water-based paints.
*
Painting detailed internal panelling and beading within bedrooms and bathrooms.
*
Preparing surfaces as required to achieve a high-quality finish.
*
Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship throughout the project.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator.
*
A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver a high standard of finish.
*
Valid CSCS card.
*
Own tools suitable for the work required.
