Location: Leicester
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
Working hours: Monday - Friday, Saturday on rota

Paint Technician role:

Running our state-of-the-art spray both to achieve flawless paint finishes.
Ensuring that vehicles are properly masked and prepared to meet our exacting standards.
Mixing and matching paint colours with precision and accuracy.
Applying paint to damaged areas with precision and attention to detail, blending paint seamlessly to achieve flawless finishes.
Inspecting painted surfaces thoroughly for quality and consistency, to ensure they are ready for refit.
Ensuring all work areas are kept clean and organised and that all work is carried out in line within health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Working as part of the team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.Requirements: Paint Technician

Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician, ideally in an accident repair environment.
Proficiency in colour matching and blending techniques.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
