My client are currently looking to speak to candidates to take on the opportunity as a lead painter/paint supervisor for a full-time permanent role, with experience in commercial/domestic and construction type work.

You will have a fantastic opportunity to work for a long running business working on projects of a varied nature ranging from general New build, commercial and domestic painting contracts. Since Covid this organisation has more than doubled turnover and is expanding rapidly.

You will be responsible for making sure all work is carried out to the highest standard and to the standards set by the organisation. You will be responsible for taking the jobs and managing the labour on site.
You will work a standard 40 hour week but there will be plenty of opportunity for overtime in the week and at the weekend - Must be prepared to do overtime and specifically weekends.
Person
You will be a Painter and not be afraid of getting hands dirty on the tools with the team (60% painting 40% management), with NVQ qualification and minimum of 3-5 years experience,
CSCS Blue card minimum – ideally Gold (100% Required).
Please Note – this role is 60% painting and 40% managing a team of painters 2-10 painters dependent on project – great opportunity for advancement.
