Paint Sprayer/Prepper
Location: Southampton
Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, day shift
Pay Rate: £23 p/h LTD

The Role:
The successful candidates will be working on and undertaking the below tasks:
* Prepping and painting a range of vehicles using a water-based paint scheme.
* Undertaking prep of vehicle prior to paint.
* Painting small repairs on a single panel through to full resprays of vehicles.
* Working on a variety of vehicles.
* Working in a fast paced, modern, well equipped bodyshop.
What kind of person we are looking for?
* Experience within a paint and prepping role.
* Must have your own spray guns and air-fed mask.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Develop and maintain professional and positive working relationships.
* The ability to achieve high volume on demand to meet the clients KPI's.
