The Role
As a Paint Sprayer, you'll be responsible for preparing, refinishing and completing high-quality paintwork on accident-damaged vehicles. Using modern refinishing techniques and manufacturer-approved processes, you'll ensure every vehicle leaves the workshop with a flawless factory-quality finish.
Your Responsibilities
Prepare vehicles and panels ready for painting.
Mix paints accurately to achieve perfect colour matches.
Apply water-based paint systems using manufacturer-approved techniques.
Produce exceptional paint finishes to the highest quality standards.
Carry out final quality inspections to ensure all work is defect-free.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Work efficiently while consistently delivering outstanding workmanship.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician within an accident repair centre.
Extensive experience using water-based paint systems.
City & Guilds qualification or equivalent is preferred.
Strong knowledge of modern vehicle refinishing techniques.
Excellent attention to detail with pride in producing exceptional quality.
Stable employment history within the automotive repair industry.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
