Our client, one of the UK’s largest comprehensive automotive accident repairers, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join their busy centre in Gloucester. 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with flexible shift patternsDuties of a Paint Sprayer:

Fulfil all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction, ensuring quality workmanship
Complete assigned jobs within the estimated paint times efficiently
Safeguard vehicles and their contents during repairs
Ensure vehicles comply with safety standards upon completion
Conduct repairs according to best practice procedures and technical instructions
Use all paint mixing schemes, drying areas, and equipment accurately
Interpret technical data and implement it appropriately
Seek clarification from the Bodyshop Manager if work instructions lack clarity or seem incorrect
Maintain safety and quality standards at all timesRequirements of a Paint Sprayer:

Fully qualified Vehicle Paint Sprayer, ideally NVQ Level 3 and ATA accredited or equivalent
Alternatively, a strong, stable, and relevant time-served experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer
Valid driving licence
Strong team player with a high level of motivation and commitment
Ability to produce high-quality workmanship in a busy environment
