Applying primer, base coat, and clear coat to vehicles to precise industry standards
Preparing vehicle surfaces to ensure flawless paint application
Maintaining and calibrating painting equipment for optimal performance
Adhering strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations
Collaborating with team members to meet project timelines and quality expectations
Completing work within specified deadlines while upholding high standards of workmanshipRequirements of a Paint Sprayer:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer within an automotive bodyshop environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality finishes
Efficient organiser capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills and team player mentality
Full driving licence preferred but not essential
