Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join a reputable independent bodyshop located in Evesham, Worcester. This is an excellent Paint Sprayer opportunity for a professional aspiring to work in a well-established environment offering stability, competitive pay, and a balanced work schedule.
Benefits:
Up to £50,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
Monday to Friday working hours from 7:00am to 4:00pm
No weekend or bank holiday working
20 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays

Prepare vehicles and panels for painting, ensuring quality standards
Mix and apply paint to achieve a professional, factory-quality finish
Carry out paint refinishing, repairs, and blending to manufacturer specifications
Conduct colour matching to ensure precise colour consistency across different vehicle makes
Maintain high standards of workmanship and work efficiently within a team environmentRequirements of a Paint Sprayer:
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer
ATA or IMI qualification preferred but not essential
Strong knowledge of modern automotive paint and repair techniques
Experience working on various vehicle makes and models
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
