We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer for their established dealership in Wandsworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to enhance their career within a reputable company that values quality workmanship and employee development.

Competitive basic salary of £40,000 per annum
Bonus potential of up to £12,000 based on performance
Working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Applying high-quality paint finishes to vehicles with precision and attention to detail
Performing machine polishing and detailing to enhance vehicle appearance
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard whilst adhering to health and safety regulations
Assisting with bodyshop prep work when necessary
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the workspace
Completing all tasks within specified timeframes to ensure efficiencyRequirements of the Paint Sprayer:
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or in a similar role within a bodyshop environment
Strong knowledge of bodyshop prep, polishing, and detailing techniques
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results
Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team setting
Flexibility to undertake additional detailing or polishing duties as required
