We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable accident repair centre based in Croydon, Surrey, for the position of Paint Sprayer. Extra group bonus based on team performanceDuties of a Paint Sprayer:
Replacing or repairing vehicle panels to a high standard and manufacturer specifications
Preparing, spraying, and polishing vehicles to achieve a flawless finish
Assisting with vehicle preparation and ensuring quality control throughout the painting process
Collaborating with colleagues and discussing repair requirements with customers
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail at every stageRequirements of a Paint Sprayer:
Minimum of three years’ experience as a Paint Sprayer or similar role
Full relevant accreditation or ATA qualification (preferred but not essential)
Strong knowledge of vehicle prep, spray, and polish techniques
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
