We are currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join a leading accident repair centre group in Bristol. This is an excellent Paint Sprayer opportunity for a qualified vehicle refinisher to work within a modern and well-equipped environment, offering career progression and industry-best benefits.
Benefits:
Competitive salary between £54,600 and £59,800 per annum (£21-23 per hour), dependent on experience and qualifications.
Paid breaks during a 50-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

Perform all vehicle paint spraying tasks to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Complete all jobs within the estimated paint times, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Safeguard vehicles and contents during repairs, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Interpret and apply technical data and instructions accurately.
Utilise all paint mixing schemes, drying equipment, and repair techniques according to best practice.
Ensure all vehicles comply with safety and quality standards before handover.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the Bodyshop Manager regarding work orders and processes.
Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company procedures.Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:
Fully qualified Vehicle Paint Sprayer to NVQ Level 3, ATA accredited, or equivalent qualification.
Strong, stable experience working as a Paint Sprayer, with a proven track record of high-quality workmanship.
Valid driving licence.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and meet targets.
Knowledge of PAS 125 standards or ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential.
