We are recruiting an experienced Marine Paint Sprayer to join a skilled team working on luxury yachts. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing flawless, high-quality finishes to premium marine standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming.
Apply primers, topcoats, and clear finishes using spray equipment.
Mix paints to precise specifications.
Inspect and rectify paint defects to achieve a high-quality finish.
Maintain strict quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in marine or high-end automotive paint spraying.
Good knowledge of marine coatings and spray systems.
Excellent attention to detail and finish quality.
Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high standards.Desirable:
Experience working on luxury yachts or super yachts.
