Free on-site parkingDuties of the Paint Sprayer:

Understand and apply spray-painting technology, including paint composition and mixing techniques
Keep up-to-date with product advancements through ongoing training
Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and surface preparation
Achieve high standards of spray finish, ensuring customer satisfaction
Use prescribed safety equipment and attend company-arranged medicals
Report any health or vision concerns promptly to your manager
Maintain tools and equipment in a clean and safe condition, with attention to fire hazards
Follow all health and safety and housekeeping policies
Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to meet team objectives and production targetsRequirements of the Paint Sprayer:

Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician within an accident repair environment
ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
